6 pounds unsalted butter, softened
1-1/2 cups McCormick Big 'N Bold Key West, Monterey, or Santa Fe Style Spice Blend
Recipe
1. In 5-quart mixer, combine butter with seasoning; whip on medium-high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until well combined.
2. Form butter into 12 logs, 8 ounces each, and roll in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator until firm.
3. Use 2 tablespoons butter to top grilled meats and seafood or use to saute'.
Yield: 24 servings, 1 ounce each
