2 tbsp. Tour de Flavour Ground Ancho Chile Pepper
1 tsp. McCormick Ground Cinnamon
4 tsp. cocoa powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. diced jalapeno chiles
2 cups mayonnaise
Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients together and hold for 30 minutes under refrigeration to allow flavors to marry.
2. Can be used as a sandwich spread or salad dressing for chicken, burgers, sliced turkey, or shrimp.
Chef's Note: Combine all dry ingredients and use seasoning as a dry rub for beef, chicken, pork, and seafood.
YIELD: 100 one oz. portions
