    1 box (5 lb.) Pillsbury Bran Muffin Mix
    4 cups water
    4 cups apricot purée

    Recipe



    Pour muffin mix into large mixing bowl or electric mixing machine.

    Add the water and stir 1 minute until combined. Continue mixing for another 30 seconds if needed. Stir in the apricot purée. Bake in muffin tins according to the box instructions.





    ---Apricot-Blueberry Muffins---




    1 box (5 lb. 12-oz.) Pillsbury Blueberry Muffin Mix
    4 cups water
    3 cups apricot purée
    1 can (10 oz.) drained blueberries

    Pour muffin mix into large mixing bowl or electric mixing machine.

    Add the water and stir 1 minute until combined. Continue mixing for another 30 seconds if needed. Stir in the apricot purée. Mix only until combined. Fold in the blueberries. Bake in muffin tins according to the box instructions.

    Ingredients: Yield: 50 2-oz. muffins or 25 4-oz. muffins.
