    1 box (5 lb.) Pillsbury Bran Muffin Mix
    4 cups water
    4 cups apricot pur�e

    Recipe



    Pour muffin mix into large mixing bowl or electric mixing machine.

    Add the water and stir 1 minute until combined. Continue mixing for another 30 seconds if needed. Stir in the apricot pur�e. Bake in muffin tins according to the box instructions.





    ---Apricot-Blueberry Muffins---




    1 box (5 lb. 12-oz.) Pillsbury Blueberry Muffin Mix
    4 cups water
    3 cups apricot pur�e
    1 can (10 oz.) drained blueberries

    Pour muffin mix into large mixing bowl or electric mixing machine.

    Add the water and stir 1 minute until combined. Continue mixing for another 30 seconds if needed. Stir in the apricot pur�e. Mix only until combined. Fold in the blueberries. Bake in muffin tins according to the box instructions.

    Ingredients: Yield: 50 2-oz. muffins or 25 4-oz. muffins.
