List of Ingredients
1/2 cup McCormick Green Bell Pepper Dices
1/2 cup McCormick Red Bell Pepper Dices
1/2 cup McCormick Sliced Onions
1 ( 15 -ounce) package McCormick Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix
1 #10 can tomatoes, whole, peeled
1 quart water
2 McCormick Bay Leaves
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Ground Red Pepper
6 1/2 pounds chicken, boneless, cooked, cubed
Recipe
1. Combine green and red bell pepper dices with sliced onions. Cover with cold water. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain.
2. Add Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix to tomatoes. Mix well. Stir in water.
3. Add green peppers, red peppers and onions, bay leaves, garlic powder, and ground red pepper. Stir. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutess. Remove bay leaves.
4. Add chicken. Mix lightly. Heat and hold in steam table for serving.
5. Serve over rice.
YIELD: 2 gallons plus 1 pint or 34 8-ounce servings
