    1 pound butter
    2 teaspoons McCormick Season-All® Seasoned Salt
    1 teaspoon McCormick Ground Black Pepper
    4 tablespoons McCormick Basil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 tablespoons dry white wine
    8 pounds (25 pieces) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless

    Recipe



    1. Melt 8 ounces butter in each of two 15-inch skillets. Add half of the Season-All®, pepper, and basil to each skillet. Stir half of the lemon juice and wine into butter mixture in each skillet.

    2. Saute chicken breasts 5 minutes on each side. Pour remaining liquid over chicken.


    YIELD: 25 servings, 5 ounces each
