    Pizza: Shrimp and Feta Pizza - 24

    List of Ingredients

    6 each pre-cooked or pre-sheeted frozen pizza crust (thawed), 16" each
    1-1/4 cups garlic butter
    6 cups fresh tomato, diced 1/4"
    1-1/2 cups red onion, thinly sliced
    12 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and stems removed
    3 pounds shrimp, 71/90, cooked
    3 cups Feta cheese, crumbled
    3/4 cup McCormick Big 'N Bold Key West Style Spice Blend
    9 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

    Recipe

    1. Brush pizza dough with garlic butter.

    2. Scatter top with diced tomato and sliced onion. Cover with fresh spinach leaves, cooked shrimp, and Feta.

    3. Sprinkle with Big 'N Bold Key West and finish with Mozzarella cheese.

    4. Bakt in 400oF. oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until hot and crust is cooked.

    Chef's Note: Big 'N Bold Monterey also works well for this pizza.



    YIELD: 6 16" pizzas; 24 servings
