9 pounds beef chuck roast, trimmed of fat
2 tablespoons OLD BAY® Seasoning, divided
12 potatoes, large, peeled, cut into chunks
9 carrots, large, scraped, sliced
1 1/2 onions, medium, peeled, sliced
3 cups waterRecipe
1. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of OLD BAY® Seasoning over the beef.
2. Sprinkle the other tablespoon of OLD BAY® Seasoning over the potatoes, carrots, and onions.
3. Place meat and vegetables in a half roasting pan (12 x 20). Add the water. Cook at 325° F. for 2 to 3 hours.
