    Soup: Portugese Fisherman's Stew

    List of Ingredients

    6 cups tomatoes, canned, whole
    5 1/2 cups tomato juice
    1 quart corn, whole kernel
    3 pounds potatoes, peeled, cubed
    2 1/2 pounds fish ( haddock, hake, flounder), cut in 2" pieces
    1 quart clams, canned, with liquid
    3 tablespoons McCormick Seafood Seasoning
    1 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder

    Recipe

    1. Combine all ingredients. Heat to a boil.

    2. Cover, reduce heat slightly, and cook 30 minutes.



    YIELD: 25 Servings, 1 cup each
