Soup: Seven Pepper Chili

List of Ingredients
3 pounds ground beef
3 cups diced onion
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons fresh, minced garlic
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 quart beef stock
3 cups dark beer
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons McCormick Dark Chili Powder
3/4 cup McCormick Pepper Supreme
3/4 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 quart tomatoes, diced in juice
Recipe
1. Cook ground beef over medium-high heat with onion, jalapeno, and garlic, until no longer pink.
2. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute.
3. Add next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.
4. Ladle in bowl or crock; top with chopped onion, sour cream, and/or shredded cheese.
