    Pizza: Southwestern Pinwheel Pizza - 24

    List of Ingredients

    6 cups prepared pizza sauce
    1/3 cup McCormick Southwest Seasoning
    1 cup McCormick Hickory Smoke Flavored Oil
    24 cups shredded cheese blend
    9 cups julienned red and green bell peppers
    12 onions, cut in rings
    1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
    6 cups cooked, diced chicken breast or tenders
    24 pizza crusts, 7", par-baked

    Recipe

    1. Blend pizza sauce and Southwest Seasoning.

    2. Coat large baking sheet with 1 tablespoon Hickory Smoke Flavored Oil; place pizza crusts on top. Evenly coat each pizza crust with remaining oil.

    3. Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce evenly over each pizza crust. Top with 3/4 cup cheese per pizza. Top each crust with 1/4 cup diced chicken and 1 teaspoon fresh basil. Arrange bell pepper strips in pinwheel design.

    4. Top each pizza with 5 onion rings.

    5. Bake at 350oF for 10 minutes.

    6. Lightly spritz finished pizzas with McCormick Hickory Smoke Flavored Oil and sprinkle each with 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Southwest Seasoning.

    YIELD: 24 servings, one 7" pizza each
