Pizza: Spicy Thai Ginger Pork Pizza - 24

3 each parbaked pizza crust - 12"
as needed McCormick Thai Pizza Dough Marinade (see recipe below)
as needed cornmeal
24 ounces pork tenderloin, raw
1 tbsp. ground ginger or McCormick Ground Ginger
1 ½ cups pizza Sauce
3 cups Mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Place pizza crust on a pizza pan. Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Thai Pizza Dough Marinade. Sprinkle with some cornmeal and turn over.
Trim pork tenderloin and marinate in remaining Thai Pizza Dough Marinade. Place on a baking sheet and roast at 375ºF until internal temperature reaches 150ºF. Allow to rest and slice thinly. Mix ginger into the pizza sauce and spread onto the pizza crust. Arrange the pork slices on the top and arrange Mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Place pizza in a convection oven preheated to 375ºF. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to turn golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and cool slightly.
Cut each pizza into 8 slices for serving.

Thai Pizza Dough Marinade
Ingredients:
1 cup McCormick Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil
5 tablespoons McCormick Thai Seasoning
4 teaspoons McCormick Cayenne Pepper
2 tablespoons McCormick California Style Garlic Powder
Substitute McCormick Ginger Garlic Flavored Oil for Roasted Garlic Flavored Oil for extra fiery flavor!
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
