Vinagerette: Balsamic Vinagerette*

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 large clove garlic (grated)
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar, screw on the top and shake to thoroughly mix. Let sit for at least 20 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
Makes about 3/4 to 1 cup of dressing.
