Corn, Tomato, Basil and Nectarine Salad

List of Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen corn, if fresh gently cook just to take the rawness out, if frozen, run under tepid water to thaw
1 tomato, diced
1 nectarine
1 small bunch basil, chopped
2 ounces cheese, diced
1 Tablespoon sherry vinegar
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 Tablespoons strong Earl Grey tea
1/2 teaspoon honeyRecipe
Place salad ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk dressing, and toss into the salad.
