Caroline-
"This slaw is the best I've ever had. It requires no mayo and therefore keeps extremely well - up to 60 days covered and refrigerated! Thought maybe you could try it on your projected business venture. Also, I had the thought that you could searve "hush puppies" instead of the french fries that everyone else has-giving you that "something different" edge. If you would like to try them just say the word and I'd be glad to send you a bag of the hush puppy mix. Went quahoging Sunday and made "stuffies." Your recipe is still the greatest! Thanks again-Warren."

List of Ingredients
1 head cabbage-grated or finely shredded (use food chopper to achieve grated effect)
1 green pepper - grated
1 onion - chopped fine
1 cup sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. mustard seeds
2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together.
Refridgerate leftovers.
