    ¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt
    2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    or salad dressing
    2 tablespoons skim milk
    1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley or chives
    Dash salt

    Recipe



    In a small mixing bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, skim milk, parsley or chives, and salt.*

    Makes 8 servings (1 tablespoon each).

    *Note: If desired, add any of the following to the dressing: 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish; ¼ teaspoon dried basil, oregano, or thyme, crushed; ¼ teaspoon dried dillweed; or 1/8 teaspoon celery seed.
