Fruit: Tangy Fruit Salad

List of Ingredients
1 Med Apple (Pink Lady or Fuji are best)
1 Lg. Banana
30 Seedless Grapes
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Candied Walnut Pieces
1 Lemon (juice of)
1-2 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
Recipe
Combine grapes and cranberries in a medium bowl. Cut apple into bite size pieces and add to bowl. Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar mixture and juice lemon over bowl. Mix and chill until ready to serve. Add banana slices and walnuts, mix well, and serve. Enjoy!
NOTE: The lemon juice will keep the fruit fresher longer, so the salad should keep up to 3 days. This is easy to make for a potluck or picnic, just combine the ingredients in a large ziplock bag instead of a bowl. You can make enough for a whole crowd or just yourself for a quick healthy snack or meal.
