Grains: Pineapple Rice Cream Salad

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. ( 3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Recipe
Cook rice according to directions on package.
After cooking and while rice is still hot add the marshmallows, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix in powdered Jello and let stand till thickened.
Fold in pineapple and whipped cream. Refrigerate overnight.
