    Pasta: Martha's Macaroni Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 (16oz) pkg. pasta (I use assorted shapes)

    Chopped vegetables of your choice:

    green pepper

    radishes

    green onions

    cucumbers

    carrots

    DRESSING:

    1 can Eagle Brand Milk

    3/4 cup sugar

    3/4 cup vinegar

    2 cups Mayonaise

    salt and pepper to taste

    * shredded velveeta


    Recipe





    Cook, rinse and drain macaroni. DO NOT OVERCOOK!


    Mix dressing ingredients together.


    Blend together the macaroni and vegetables.


    Pour the dressing over top and blend.


    Cover and let stand OVERNIGHT.


    Stir again and add cheese right before serving if desired.







    Final Comments

    "*shredded velveeta tends to melt so if you use it do not add it until the last minute. This is a great salad ... it makes alot."
