Potato: Potato Salad Nicoise

"Although Nicoise salad comes in many versions, this one features a burst of ReaLime to enliven the flavors. To make it a main-dish salad, add tuna and hard-cooked eggs."
List of Ingredients
12 ounces fresh whole green beans, trimmed, or 1 (9-ounce) package frozen whole green beans
12 ounces tiny new potatoes, halved
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil or salad oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup ReaLime® Lime Juice from Concentrate
8 cups torn mixed greens
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons sliced pitted ripe olives
Recipe
Cook fresh green beans with potatoes in boiling water in large covered saucepan 15 to 20 minutes or until just tender. (If using frozen beans, add during last 5 minutes.) Drain; return to saucepan.
Meanwhile, cook onion in hot oil in medium-sized saucepan until tender. Stir in sugar, cornstarch, salt, celery seed and pepper. Add water and ReaLime.
Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Pour over potato mixture; toss gently to coat.
Divide greens among 6 salad plates. Top with potato mixture, tomatoes and olives.
