Vegetable: Salad of Color

List of Ingredients
1 sweet red pepper, cut into chunks
1 orange
1 cup of sugar snap peas, cut in half
1 cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
8 fresh basil leaves, sliced
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
cracked black pepper, to taste
Recipe
Remove the peel off the orange and cut the peeled fruit into bite size chunks. In medium bowl, mix together the orange, red pepper, cucumber, and basil. Sprinkle with rice vinegar and season with pepper. Toss and serve.
