    Recipe Introduction

Traditionally, the filling for this sandwich is stuffed into a hollowed-out round loaf and cut into wedges. Using Italian rolls or mini baguettes makes it easier to serve and eat.

    List of Ingredients

    4 (8-inch) crusty French rolls
2 cups (12 oz.) diced cooked turkey
1/2 cup sliced purchased roasted red bell
    peppers
1/2 cup sliced pitted Kalamata olives
    1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
    1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
    4 oz. thinly sliced salami

    Recipe

    1. Heat oven to 375°F. Split rolls lengthwise. Remove inside soft bread to make cavity in each half. (Discard soft bread or reserve for another use.) Combine turkey, bell peppers, olives and salad dressing in medium bowl.

    2. For each sandwich, divide turkey mixture evenly and place in bottom half of each roll. Top each with one-fourth each of the goat cheese and salami; cover with top halves of rolls. Wrap in parchment paper or foil; place on ungreased baking sheet.

    3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
