Open-Faced Seafood Sandwich

List of Ingredients
3 ounces (75 g) fresh crab meat
3 ounces (75 g) fresh baby shrimp
2 ounces (50 g) cooked scallop
1/2 ounce (15 mL) lemon juice
1/2 ounce (15 mL) white wine
1 ounce (25 g) chopped green onions
a sprinkle of black pepper
a sprinkle of seafood seasoning salt
1 slice of French bread
about 3 ounces (75 g) grated marble cheese (enough to cover the seafood)
Recipe
Mix crab, shrimp, scallop, lemon juice, white wine, onions, black pepper and seasoning salt together. Toast one slice of French bread. Put mixed ingredients on top of bread and top with grated marble cheese in about an 8-ounce (200 mL) casserole dish.
Bake in oven at 450 F (230 C) for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted or golden brown.
