    4 slices pumpernickel or rye bread, toasted
    1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
    1/4 cup chili sauce
    12 oz. 97% fat-free pastrami or smoked deli
    turkey breast
    1 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
    4 (1-oz.) slices Swiss cheese

    Recipe



    1. Heat broiler. Place toasted bread on foil-lined baking sheet. Combine mayonnaise and chili sauce in small bowl; spread half of the mixture on bread. Top with pastrami, remaining chili sauce mixture, sauerkraut and cheese.

    2. Broil 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are hot.


    YIELD: 4 sandwiches

    PER SANDWICH: 305 calories, 11.5 g total fat (6.5 g saturated fat), 26 g protein, 23 g carbohydrate, 65 mg cholesterol, 1865 mg sodium, 4 g fiber
