Pita: Turkey Tarragon Pitas

List of Ingredients
1/2 Cup low-fat lemon yogurt
1 Tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 Teaspoon dried tarragon leaves finely crushed
2 Cups FULLY-COOKED TURKEY BREAST cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 Cup seedless green grapes sliced in half
4 mini whole wheat pitas
4 lettuce leaves washed and dried
1 Cup whole strawberries washed and dried
Recipe
1. In medium bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise and tarragon. Fold in turkey and grapes; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
2. Trim tops from pita pockets. Line inside of pitas with lettuce. Carefully fill pitas with turkey mixture.
3. Garnish each plate with 1/4 cup whole strawberries.
