    Wraps: Turkey Wrap

    List of Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
    1/2 cup (4 oz) Nakano seasoned rice vinegar, red pepper or roasted garlic
    1 tsp ground cumin
    12 flour tortillas (8 inch), warmed
    12 lettuce leaves, red leaf or curly leaf
    1 lb deli-sliced turkey, plain or smoked
    2-1/2 cups (8 oz) jicama, julienned
    1-1/2 cups carrots, julienned
    3 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
    Alfalfa sprouts, chopped green onions or cilantro

    Recipe

    For dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, cumin and salt.

    To assemble wraps: Spread 1 tablespoon dressing over each tortilla. Top with 1 lettuce leaf, 1-1/3 ounce turkey, 2/3 ounce jicama, 1/4 ounce carrots, and 1 ounce cheese. Top with sprouts, green onions or cilantro, if desired. Drizzle another tablespoon dressing over ingredients. Fold bottom of tortilla over filling: roll up tortilla, burrito style.

    Tips: Thin-sliced ham or roast beef may be substituted for turkey. Wraps may be prepared, wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerated up to 1 hour before serving.
