    1/2 stick of butter
    1/4 cup of regular flour
    2 cups of milk

    Recipe



    Melt the butter inside a stick-free pan under a medium heat. Dump the flour and mix constantly with a wooden spoon until the butter has completely absorbed the flour. Set the heat on simmer position and pour the milk very slowly; stirring non-stop for about 9 minutes.
    Season to taste.


    Optional - a touch of grated nutmeg.
