Cumberland Sauce (Serve w/Easter Ham)

List of Ingredients
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 T. water
1/4 tsp. each, salt, ground ginger, and cloves
1/2 c. seedless raisins
11/2 c. port wine
2 tsp. cornstarch
11/2 T. water
1/4 c. current jelly
1/4 c. orange juice
2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Recipe
Mix mustard with water and let stand while preparing other ingredients. Put the salt, ginger, cloves, and raisins in a saucepan with the Port wine. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Blend the cornstarch with 11/2 T. water and stir into the hot sauce along with the mustard. Stir and cook 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 1 minute. Serve with Baked Ham.
