    List of Ingredients




    1 quart fresh cranberries or frozen cranberries, picked through
    1/2 cup water
    1 lb dark brown sugar

    Recipe



    1. Bring cranberries and water to a boil.
    2. Simmer, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
    3. Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved then remove from heat and cool.

    YIELD: 3 Cups
