Dessert: CC Creamery Hot Fudge Sauce

List of Ingredients
10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbs. unsalted butter
Pinch of saltRecipe
Put all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed pot. Cook on low heat until the chocolate gas melted stirring often.
Turn heat to medium-low and continue cooking until the sauces had thicked, stirring often.
Cool slightly before drizzling onto ice cream.
