Dessert: Chocolate Truffle Sauce

1/2 cup cream, whipping
1 tbsp butter, unsalted
8 oz chocolate, bittersweet, finely, chopped
2 tsp vanilla
Recipe
In small saucepan, heat cream with butter over medium heat until bubbles form around edge of pan.
Remove from heat, stir in chocolate and vanilla until smooth.
Let cool to room temperature.
