Dessert: White Chocolate-Tuaca Sauce

1-1/2 cups heavy cream
5 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup Tuaca Liqueur
Pinch of cinnamon
Recipe
Place the cream in a saucepan and over medium heat and bring just to a boil. Lower the heat, add the white chocolate, and whisk together until smooth. Add the Tuaca and cook just until the sauce comes to a boil. Add the cinnamon, and remove from the heat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
YIELD: 2 Cups
Tuaca Liqueur: Light-tasting with orange essence & hints of vanilla & cocoa.
