Glaze: Spiced Glaze

List of Ingredients
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 cup 100% Pure Cane Syrup
1/2 cup dark molasses
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup water
Recipe
Combine the sugar, cane syrup, molasses, corn syrup, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, and cinnamon in a medium-size bowl and mix well. In another bowl, dissolve the mustard in the water, then add to the spice mixture. Blend well. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Will keep for 2 weeks.
YIELD: 2 1/2 Cups
