    Relish: Grilled Pepper and Black Olive Relish

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup pitted black olives, chopped
    1/4 cup grilled red bell peppers, seeded and diced
    1/4 cup grilled yellow peppers seeded and diced
    2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
    1 tablespoon fresh garlic
    2 tablespoons fresh thyme
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
    1 tablespoon honey
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

    Recipe

    In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
