Classic: Remoulade Sauce

"This is the sauce I use as a shrimp dip. Everyone loves this."
List of Ingredients
Combine in medium bowl
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon horseradish
Whisk above ingredients to blend.
Stir in mixture:
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
2 medium celery ribs, finely chopped
6 medium scallions, minced
1/4 cup minced flat leaf parsley
Recipe
Season with salt and pepper and hot sauce. Can be made up and stored in refrigerator for two days.
