    Sauce: Baja Sauce for Taco Bell

    1/4 red bell pepper,seeded and coarsly chopped
    1 large jalepino,cut in half
    2 Tbsp.diced spanish onion
    1 c.mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    dash garlic powder
    dash cumin

    Recipe




    Using a food processor,puree peppers and onion.

    Mix 1 c.mayonnaise and 4 tsp of veggie puree in a medium bowl.Add remaining ingredients and mix well.Chill for several hours to let flavors develop.


    Makes 1 cup

    Serve on tacos,fajitas,etc....
