Sauce: Nantucket Cranberry Sauce

1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup mild-flavored (light) molasses
2 tablespoons golden brown sugar
2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 20-ounce package fresh cranberries or frozen, thawed
Recipe
Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy large saucepan and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to low.
Mix in cranberries. Simmer until cranberries begin to burst, about 10 minutes.
Increase heat to high and boil until mixture is reduced to 1 3/4 cups, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
Serve at room temperature.
YIELD: About 1 3/4 cups
