Sauce: Tahini-Lemon Sauce

1 1/2 c Tahini
1 1/2 c Buttermilk or yogurt
1 md Clove garlic crushed
1/2 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Finely minced scallions
1/4 c Finely minced parsley
1/2 ts Ground cumin (more to
Taste)
Dash or two of tamari (mild
Soy sauce)
Salt to taste
Dash or two of cayenne and
Paprika

Beat very well with whisk of electric mixer.
(The more you whip it the thicker it gets.)
