    Salsa: Tomato, Pineapple and Melon Salsa

    Camberley Brown Hotel, Kentucky

    List of Ingredients

    /2 cantaloupe, diced small
    1/2 honeydew melon, diced small
    1/2 pineapple, diced small
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 red onion, minced
    3 tomatoes, diced small
    1 to 2 Thai chilis (1-inch-long hot red or green pepper) or jalapeno, minced
    1 tablespoon minced cilantro
    Salt and pepper, to taste



    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Adjust seasoning to your preference.

    Serve with chips or on the side with fish, chicken or pork.

    Makes about 6 cups.
