    List of Ingredients

    1 loaf homestyle white bread
(not wonder bread type - French bread is good)
    1/2 loaf wheat bread
(a good whole wheat and grain type works best)
    1/2 loaf dark rye
    (I use pumpernickel)
    1T ground Sage,or poultry seasoning
    1 t pepper
    1t salt,or to taste
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 can chicken broth , or homemade 1 1/2 c stock

    Recipe

Shred all bread, to fine pieces, 1" x 1"
    Add to this:
    1T ground Sage,or poultry seasoning
    1 t pepper
    1t salt,or to taste
Mix in 4 eggs, 1/2 stick butter(more if not baking inside bird) and 1 can or 2 cans (if needed)of chicken broth, just mix until it sticks together
Put stuffing in bird and bake, or in pan, cover with foil,
if baking separately , mix it more moist than if using as stuffing.
