    Potato: Caesar Scalloped Potatoes

    1 1/2 tablespoons butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 cup milk
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
    4 cups cubed potatoes
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe

    Heat butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 10 minutes.

    Add flour; cook, stirring until well blended. Add milk to skillet; stir well. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly, until milk mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Add Parmesan, potatoes, mustard, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to skillet; mix well.


    Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
