10 carrots
1 can large pineapple chunks
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
Peel, cut up carrots and cook.
Drain pineapple juice and add to orange juice.
Thicken juices with cornstarch and cinnamon.
Add carrots and pineapple to mixture heat until bubbly.
YIELD: Makes 10 servings.
