Potato: Mashed Potato Casserole*

5 lb. bag of potatoes, peeled and boiled
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 stick of butter + butter to dot top of casserole
1/2 cup half + half
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Recipe
Mash boiled potatoes and whip with half & half, butter, cream cheese and sour cream; stir in chopped onions, marjoram, garlic powder, salt & pepper. (test taste for spices-you may want to add more.)
Place mixture in a buttered 9" x 13" pan or casserole dish.
Sprinkle with paprika, dot with butter, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
NOTE: You can make this the day before and refrigerate overnight. Bring casserole to room temp or re-reheat for a longer period of time.
