    Corn: Spicy Shoepeg Corn Casserole

    Recipe Introduction

    "I ate this at a pot luck recently, and it was DELICIOUS!"

    List of Ingredients

    2 cans shoepeg corn (drained)
    1 small can chopped green chilis
    1 8-oz. pgk. cream cheese
    2 Tblsp. butter
    1/4 cup milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper (or less if you don't like it spicy)

    Recipe

    Heat milk, butter and cream cheese over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add salt, pepper and cayenne. Add drained corn and pour into a casserole dish.

    Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes (or until bubbly).
