    Squash: Squash Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick butter
    chopped onions (to your liking)
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    4 cups or so of sliced yellow squash
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    crushed cheese crackers (Cheese Its)
    1 cup milk

    Recipe



    Sauté the onion and squash in a skillet with the butter and salt and pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup crackers and 1/2 cup shredded cheese mix together set aside. Add milk, shredded cheese and crackers to the skillet and mix and then put all of it in a casserole dish that has been greased & sprinkle the cheese mixture as topping and cook in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.

    DELICIOUS!!!
