    Potato: Sweet Potatoes with Pecans

    List of Ingredients

    2-17oz cans of sweet potatoes
    1/3 cup milk
    2-beaten eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    1tsp vanilla
    1cup light brown sugar
    1/3 cup flour
    1/2 stick butter

    Recipe

    In a 6x10 inch pan layer pecans and sweet potatoes.
    In seperate bowl mix 1/3 cup milk, 2 beaten eggs, 3/4 cp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla, mix well. Add 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and 1/2 stick butter. Blend well.
    Pour over sweet potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
