Popcorn: Buffalo Style Hot Popcorn Snacks

Recipe Introduction
A hearty, spicy snack that's ideal for parties or with a game or movie. For a Southwestern twist, replace corn chips with tortilla chips.
List of Ingredients
10 cups popped Orville Redenbacher's® Original Gourmet® Popping Corn
Other Ingredients:
2 cups corn chips, slightly broken
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt, if desired
Recipe
Heat oven to 350°F. Place 2 cups of the popcorn in small bowl; set aside. Combine remaining popcorn, corn chips and peanuts in 15"x10" jelly roll or other large baking pan. Combine melted butter, hot sauce, celery seed and salt; drizzle over popcorn mixture tossing gently to evenly coat. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Add 2 cups reserved popcorn and toss. Serve immediately or store in airtight container.
Makes 12 cups.
