This is their version of Crunch 'n Munch.
List of Ingredients
8 cups of popped microwave natural flavor popcorn
1/4 cup Spanish nuts
1/2 cup butter ( 1 stick )
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white corn syrup
Recipe
Spread popcorn and peanuts on a baking sheet and keep warm in your oven set to 300 while you prepare the topping. Do not preheat oven
Melt butter in a medium pan on low heat
Add sugar and syrup and simmer, stir constantly.
Place a candy thermometer in mixture
When it reaches 300, pour the topping over the warm popcorn and nuts.
Place back in the oven for 5 minutes, stir again to coat. Repeat if necessary to coat all the corn.
Pour onto wax paper. When cool break up chunks into bite size pieces.
Store in an airtight container.
