    Nuts: Hot Pepper Pecans

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb pecan halves
    1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce (can use light)
    1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
    6 dashes hot red-pepper sauce

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 300°.
    Mix pecans and butter or margarine. Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake in oven 30 minutes or until brown, stirring several times.
    Mix soy sauce, Beau Monde and pepper sauce. Pour over pecans.
    Cool. Store in jars.
