    Nuts: Sweet & Spicy Pecans

    List of Ingredients

    6 ounces pecans, halved
    4 tablespoons white sugar
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    1/2 cup sugar syrup made with 1/2 cup water and 4 tablespoons sugar




    Recipe


    Mix sugar and spices together. Soak nuts in syrup. Drain. Toss nuts with spice/sugar mix to coat.

    Lay out on a sheet pan with parchment paper and roast for 10 minutes at 350 until golden brown.
