Popcorn: Touchdown Snack Treat

16 cups popped Orville Redenbacher's® Original Gourmet® Popping Corn
Other Ingredients:
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Recipe
Heat oven to 300°F. Butter 2 (15"x10") jelly roll or other large baking pans. Combine popcorn, peanuts and raisins in prepared pans. Place honey, water and lemon juice in 2 to 3-quart heavy saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil and continue boiling for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Immediately pour honey mixture over popcorn mixture, tossing gently to evenly coat. Spread evenly in pans. Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven, stir and allow to cool. Store in tightly sealed container.
Variation: Try making this recipe using your favorite nuts such as pecans, walnuts, almonds, or macadamia nuts.
Makes 18 cups.
